Return Refund Policy

The goods / products can be returned & refunded if the buyer received any expired product or different product from the purchase order / receipt. The buyer shall immediately contact us and report on the finding and discrepancy from the purchase order / receipt. We shall check and confirm on the issue.

Upon confirmation on the issue, the buyer shall return the purchased goods/products to us within 14 calendar days from the purchase date. The expired goods / products must remain unopened and return to us in good / original condition / undamaged condition. The buyer is eligible for a refund and the money will be refunded to the original payment method that the buyer has used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take slightly longer to process and additional information / documents may be required.

After the 14 days period from the date of purchase order / receipt issued, or if the goods / products have been used or damaged by the buyer, the buyer will no longer be eligible and will not be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to check the goods/products immediately after receiving.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All the purchase orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivery shall be made within 3-4 business days, subject to location and courier availability. Purchase orders are not processed / shipped / delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment, we will contact the buyer via email or telephone.
